Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Italy and across Europe.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery generally takes 5-12 business days depending on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Any free-shipping thresholds are shown during the order.

How do I track my order?
Once it has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. See also the “Track your order” page.

Orders and payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
The available methods are shown at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. For full details, see our Refund policy.

How do I start a return?
Write to us at getmomentumshop@gmail.com quoting your order number. We will provide instructions and, where available, the return shipping label.

When will I receive my refund?
After we have received and inspected the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
