Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy means that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at getmomentumshop@gmail.com quoting your order number. We will provide you with instructions and the address to send the product to. Please do not send the item back before receiving our confirmation.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
