By using the Momentum website you accept these terms.

Products and prices. We describe products as accurately as possible. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and availability without notice.

Orders. An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or unavailability.

Liability. Momentum is not liable for delays attributable to carriers or for improper use of the products.
